Barbers Discussion Group

The Confess Project of America is looking to start a Barbers discussion group in Central Arkansas!  Meetings and discussions will be in a group style, discussing Mental Health, the barbershop, how we can improve our community's well-being, and much more!  In this discussion group barbers will discuss the 4 key points, Making an Impact, Practicing Mindfulness, Mental Wellness and Self Care, and Finding Resources.   The discussion groups will take place virtually in 1 hour discussions per week over a 6 week period, with the last meeting being in-person at a barbershop that is TBA!
